B.B.A./M.B.A./M.T.M. ADMISSION TEST- GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission as laid down in the information brochure. If you are not an Intermediate pass for in case of BBA or a graduate in case of MBA, you will have to submit the evidence of passing the Intermediate or graduation examination at the time of admission.
2. Attested copies of all marks sheets must be attached with the Application Form.
3. A duly completed Application form must be sent in the special envelope provided for the purpose before the expiry of the last date. Application forms not received by the due date will not be considered.
4. The Admit Cards/Call Letters will be dispatched by post at the address given by the candidate on the Admit Card envelope supplied with the Application Form. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss of the Admit Cards/Call Letters in transit or for the postal delays.
5. In the event of non-receipt of the Admit Card, the applicant is advised to contact the Institute for the issue of a Duplicate Admit Card three days before the date of the Test. For the issue of Duplicate Admit Card, an applicant must bring a copy of the photograph pasted on the Application Form.
6. Examination Centre can not be changed.
7. Individual communication is sent through post to all the candidates qualifying for Group Discussion and Personality Interview intimating the date and time.
8. The admission of such candidates, who are employed somewhere, will be finalised only on the submission of a "No objection" certificate from their employers stating categorically that they are being permitted to join the two year full-time/three year part-time M.B.A. programme of this University and that their duty hours will be adjusted as per the Time Table of M.B.A. Programme and that they will be allowed to attend their classes at IBM regularly maintaining a minimum of 75% attendance in each class.
9. The enclosures should be in the following order:
   (i) Main Application form (ii) Proof of eligibility (Final year marks sheet of Intermediate, Graduation etc). (iii) Certificate of SC/ST/OBC (iv) Admit Card envelope (v) Others
10. Individual communication stating the time and date of Group Discussion and Personality Interview will be sent to the qualifying candidates only.
11. No enquiry regarding results will be entertained from candidates not qualifying for group discussion and personality interview.
12. The university does not have the policy of supplying admission test marks-sheets to any candidate.
13. Candidates finally selected will be required to complete admission formalities within a stipulated time, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
14. (a) BBA/MBA Student will have to fulfill the condition of 75% attendance in each class. No relaxation will be made in any condition.
    (b) A student who absents himself for 10 days continuously his/her name will be struck off from the rolls. He can be given readmission on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs.500 if he requests for this purpose.
    (c) In case he/she defaults again and absents for 10 days another time, no re-admission will be made.
